Hello people! I can’t believe that the last time I posted this meme was July! And now we are nearing the end of the year… gasp!!! So, since I let so much time pass and since this would be the last Blame it on the Community for this year, I decided to go double with it! So let’s start, because there are so many books I want to present you!
The book community is an amazing place, where you can discover good book after good book. Yes, the community is not the only meaning to discover new books, but it’s one of the most pleasant and rich. And the additions to my TBR are always a lot when I frequent the book community (blog, twitter, Goodreads or Instagram. On every platform this is the best way to discover new books!) so I thought it would be nice to share some appreciation for the hard work that sometimes promoting our favorite reading could be!
I have to say that I won’t always be able to say where I discovered all the books that I mentioned, but all the books I would mention in this meme are books that I discovered thanks to you all. It could be a review, a can’t wait Wednesday, a tweet, a post somewhere. It’s not important what, just know that I have you to thanks to making me discover new books!
Lore & Lust is there because of Beware of the Reader. Her post about this book and her review made me quite curious. And this book seems pretty original. And I may have a weak spot for vampires (and werewolves, but this is another story!). The other books are all sci-fi, but since November was sci-fi month this is hardly a surprise. And so we have Inhibitor Phase and Light Chaser thanks to Maddalena‘s reviews, and Far From the Light of Heaven and You Sexy Things thanks to Tammy‘s reviews.
Even in this batch, we have a couple of sci-fi, and the culprits are, again, Maddalena and Tammy. The first wrote an intriguing review for Ten Low, and the second made me want to dig in Night Watch On The Hinter Lands! But then we have some change of scenery, The Justice of Kings is here thanks to Novel Notions, while Never Fall For Your Fiancee and Gild are there thanks to One Book More.
And what do you think? Have you read some of them? And which are the new entries in your TBR? Let me know!
