Hello world! I hope you all are happy and that your week is going well! I know that this month I have posted this meme already, but since I was in a hiatus on May, and since my TBR is constantly grow (and the bookcommunity is really the culprit here, I try so hard to be good and don’t add new books but… how can I resist??), I thought to post one more.
The book community is an amazing place, where you can discover good book after good book. Yes, the community is not the only meaning to discover new books, but it’s one of the most pleasant and rich. And the additions to my TBR are always a lot when I frequent the book community (blog, twitter, Goodreads or Instagram. On every platform this is the best way to discover new books!) so I thought it would be nice to share some appreciation for the hard work that sometimes promoting our favorite reading could be!
I have to say that I won’t always be able to say where I discovered all the books that I mentioned, but all the books I would mention in this meme are books that I discovered thanks to you all. It could be a review, a can’t wait Wednesday, a tweet, a post somewhere. It’s not important what, just know that I have you to thanks to making me discover new books!

A Kim Jong-Il Production was a book I discovered on Goodreads. I opened it this morning and there it was. GR was recommending it to me, and I was intrigued. So, obviously, I had to add it on my list! Dead Space is here thanks to Maddalena’s review. This year I am reading and adding to my TBR way more sci-fi than usual, and the main culprits are three girls here on the blog community. And yes, Maddalena is one of them. But I cannot really complain, since I am having such a great time with all those books! Iron Widow was a book I discovered thanks to Lisa. She talked about it in a Can’t Wait Wednesday meme, and I was intrigued. Truth be told, I was intrigued by the cover, because it is beautiful! But then I read the synopsis and… wow! Now I have to read it. The Green Man’s Heir is here thanks to Imyril‘s review. She said a lot of interesting things about this series, so now I have to see for myself! And last but not least, Imager. Blaise Ancona’s review was just so intriguing that I could not resist. I know, my power of will is non-existent, but all these books seem just too good to pass!
And what do you think? Have you read some of them? And which are the new entries in your TBR? Let me know!
Happy reading!

Lol I bought all those Green Man books because of Imyril’s review. They were discounted on Amazon at the time. Probably still is. The e-books, I mean.

When it comes to book buying, the will to resist is *irrelevant*, as 7of9 would say 😀
And I’m curious about Modesitt’s Imager: I read one of his SF novels long ago and quite enjoyed it and would like to try his fantasy writings without getting lost into his HUGE Recluce series…
