Hello people! I hope you all are doing ok! Today I am finally here with a post about the tv shows I am currently watching, and to talk a bit about what I have watched so far. One of my goals for this year is to try and watch more shows, because I really want to watch them, but in the end I never get around to simply do it. And I hope that speaking about them would help in keeping me motivated… so I have decided to try something like the W.W.W… Wednesday! but with the TV shows and the movies instead of the books. Also, I think I would try for a post each month… This one would be quite a long one, because in January I managed to watch quite a lot of things, and we are also nearing the end of February, so it is two months in one!
What I have watched?

These three are the TV Shows that I have watched by myself, and It’s Okay To Not Be Okay was amazing. I hope to write a post about it, because this K Drama deserves so much love. It is beautiful, it is deep, it is original, and it talks about some delicate and important themes. It is also a rom-com, with a great cast and an even better photography. It is an amazing drama, and I loved it to pieces. Beastars is an anime. I am not the biggest fan of the anime on the Italian Netflix Catalog, in the sense that I don’t think that they are right for me, but I decided to try some of them out anyway, because one could always be wrong, right? Well, I am sad to say that I wasn’t wrong with this one. And it is not just that I didn’t like it, it is that this was boring. And plain. And… well, you get the gist! It wasn’t something planned, but all three of the shows I watched were Netflix production, and I have to say that at least two out of three were good! History of Swear Words was brilliant. And informative, too. I really enjoyed this show, and I hope they would do a second season!
These ones were the series that I watched from the first episode to the last, but I have also watched some seasons of other series, even if, to be honest, those were series that my boyfriend watched while I was around (while we were eating, while I was reading, or crocheting or whatever) and so I skipped some episodes here and there, because I went to bed or I was showering, etc… but I count them as watched, because I followed the story around, I can talk about it with understanding (at least, as far as my memory would assist me), and I have opinions. So, they were the 10th season of Modern Family, and even if I am not a fan of this series, this season was good! The 6th season of Brooklyn 99, Avatar the animation series (all the episodes of both series), Star Wars The Clone Wars and Star Wars Rebels. Yes, the one that really watch some tv shows is my boyfriend, but I am getting there!
What I am watching?

At the moment I have decided to try another anime on Netflix, and Noragami seem not so bad. I have just watched a couple of episodes, but so far it is interesting. And then I have started Grace and Frankie, but I am not the biggest fan of it, again. It is not bad but I was expecting something more… interesting, I guess. In any event I watch an episode here and there, when I am crocheting and I am alone, so I think it would take me a long long time to finish this one.
What I would watch?

Last year I have started this K-Drama, What’s Wrong With Secretary Kim?, and I was loving it! But since I have the same attention span of a gold fish, and since k-drama require a lot of time (I love them, I really really love them, but they are long!), I have yet to finish it. But I really hope to get back to this series soon, because I was having fun!
What about you? What are you watching? And what have you watched? And have you watched some of these series?? Let me know!

I have never watched a K drama but I think I would love them. These all sound good!

There are some that are really really good. I discovered that I am not a fan of western rom-com, but I love the Korean ones for some reasons. But obviously there are a lot of different genres out there, and a lot of them are really well done, it shows that they put money and effort in them!

Don’t give up on Grace and Frankie yet: it gets better with time and those two actresses have an amazing dynamic between them. This show is my go-to choice when I want some mood-lifter 😉

I think that the concept is not right for me. I love Grace and Frankie as characters, especially their interactions, and I think that they both would surprise me if I would continue it, but more often than not I feel the need to just scream at the husbands. They just made me too mad for my comfort zone. Sadly.

I hear you on the husbands! Most of the times they look like overgrown spoiled children, and some of the storylines concerning them look more like farce than humor, but luckily for me they don’t enjoy too much screen space, and I can focus on the two amazing ladies 😉

I’ve heard nothing but good things about It’s Okay To Not Be Okay so I want to try watching it later this year 🤩 I’m not watching anything really at the moment, but whenever I’m stressed I just put on an episode of b99 since it’s one of my comfort shows 🥰
