Hello everyone! I hope you all are doing great! Today I am here with a list of books that I really really wanted to read last year but that, you guess right, I haven’t read. There are so many amazing books out there, but we have so little time to read them! It is the destiny of every bookworm, but we won’t yield to it! And now I would stop with all this nonsense, I promise.
So, I have made a list of 10 books (and choosing just 10 of them was so hard!) that I was dying to read, and now I hope to read them in this new year!

I am proud to say that I have already read one of them, and I loved it! The House in the Cerulean Sea was on my radar since it came out, and I really wanted to read something by this author, and especially this book! So I am really happy to have managed it, yay! And then we have Starless, and I am really ashamed to haven’t read it yet! I am constantly telling myself that I should read it, and yet… nope. But I would do it!!! Polaris Rising and Twelve Kings in Sharakhai are both on my TBR since quite some time, and I am really looking forward to them both, while The City of Brass is a new entry of this year, because I saw it around but I wasn’t really convinced but then… then something clicked and now I really want to read it!

I wanted to start quite a lot of new series, as usual (even if I have a ton of them to finish, but this is another story!), and The Poppy War was one of them, and was one of those that I was just so so curious about. And yet I haven’t started it. Sigh! Rust & Stardust is on my list since forever, or so it seems, but it seems like it is never the right moment for it! A Fine Dark Line was a book that was recommended to me by a coworker, and I am just so curious to try it, but again, it seems like the moment for it never come. And last but not least I have two ARCs that I was really curious about, but since I can be a very bad bookworm, they are both here in this list still, The Two-Faced Queen and Opium & Absinthe. I really hope to read all these books soon. And I would keep my finger crossed!
And what about you? Which are the books that you really want to read this year? And have you read any of the books I mentioned? Let me know!!!
Happy reading!

Hope you enjoy all these. I read Opium and Absinthe and quite enjoyed it, and I’d love to read The City of Brass and The House in the Cerulean Sea too.
