BLAME IT ON THE COMMUNITY! #4 Fantasy Edition

Hello everyone! How are you? And how are your reading going? Today I am back with this meme, and since this is Wyrd and Wonder month, it would be themed! It is true that usually, you’ll find more fantasy than other genres in there anyway, but today they all would be fantasy books! Ready?

The book community is an amazing place, where you can discover good book after good book. Yes, the community is not the only meaning to discover new books, but it’s one of the most pleasant and rich. And the additions to my TBR are always a lot when I frequent the book community (blog, twitter, Goodreads or Instagram. On every platform this is the best way to discover new books!) so I thought it would be nice to share some appreciation for the hard work that sometimes promoting our favorite reading could be!

I have to say that I won’t always be able to say where I discovered the books that I mentioned, but all the books I would mention in this meme are books that I discovered thanks to you all. It could be a review, a can’t wait Wednesday, a twitt, a post somewhere. It’s not important what, just know that I have you to thanks to making me discover new books!

I discovered both The Utterly Uninteresting and Unadventurous Tales of Fred, the Vampire Accountantand The Lightning-Struck Heart thanks to Lisa @Way Too Fantasy.  They both seem intriguing, even if the first one has a title that is a nightmare to write down!!! I really hope to read them, sooner rather than later! Then we have a book that I discovered on Reddit. To be honest, I knew of this series but, you know, there are so many books and so little time, as usual, so I didn’t consider it much. Until I read an AMA with the author, and well… here it is, A Conspiracy of Truths. And then we have Titanshade that I discovered thanks to Tammy’s review of the second book of this series. It was just too good to pass! And last, but not least, we have A Pilgrimage of Swords that I discovered thanks to David S. I have started another series by the same author, Raven’s Shadow, and I was quite impressed. So I am looking forward to reading something else by this author, once I manage to finish the one I am currently reading!

And for today that’s all! What about you? Do you blame the community for your never-ending TBR, too? And have you read these books? Or have you added them to your list? And which are the latest books you have added to it?? Let me know!

Happy reading!
S.

Nice list! I’ve been trying to get the Fred the vampire accountant one for a while now, alas no chance of that until my library reopens. A Conspiracy of Truths has a wonderful cover!
